My original hotel was "overbooked" so they took me to Lucky 3 hotel. I was very pleased with the quality of the hotel It was very clean and had a variety of services to meet my needs (great housekeeping, amazing breakfast, and local tours). Also it is about a 5 minute walk from the Hoan Kiem Lake, night market and Puppet theatre among others... I highly recommend this hotel!!!

We were really happy when we stayed here. It has good place beacuse we can reach shops, Hoan Kiem lake, puppet theatre, night market by some steps. Besides, we can stay in clean and pretty room. #404 is very very nice. It has big balcony, you can see sunset and sunrise, you can enjoy the meals there.....In short, I like it

We stayed lucky3 for 3days with family. this hotel stuff is so kind and friendly!! I love this stuff. The room we stayed in was very clean with a balcony so that we could sat down to have a Tiger beer and wine and look down the street!!!!!!! we wanna go again!!! Lucky 3 is a little, but comfortable hotel in the old part of Hanoi. The personel is very friendly en kind. They will do anything for you, you just have to ask. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We even had flowers in our room to welcome us. Every day you will find a basket with fresh fruit in your room, clean towels and a clean bed. Downstairs you can use the pc's, they are for free. The personel give you a welcome feeling, like you are their special guests. It makes you feel special, welcome, like at home. I realy enjoyed staying in Lucky 3 and can recommend it to anyone. I've been working and traveling to Hanoi for over 20 years. My previous family-run hotel just closed and Lucky 2 was recommended by my former landlady. The hotel is delightful - professionally managed, helpful staff, perfectly clean with all modern amenities (comfortable bed!) and I especially recommend the 6th floor superior room with terrace, which is newly renovated with great city views.

Their staff - from security and housekeeping to reception and restaurant are very polite and accomodating. Hotel Manager Mrs. Huong is very hands-on intaking care the need of the guests. Lucky Hotel 3 is my second home.

We booked by internet from Denmark. Very nice hotel, and the position of the hotel is perfekt. Right in the middle of town. The staff were aleays helpfull, and made arrangements by taxa and so, whenever we asked. The rooms are very clean and what you need for a nice stay is there. I was the first guest in Lucky 2 once it opened. It was my home away from home for the last 5 years. During that time as I was working in Hanoi I spent more than 6 months per year there. I looked at other hotels but could not find anything with as good value for money. I enjoyed extra special service from the friendly and helpful staff and manager. My room was always spotless with a very clean bathroom. The room was refurbished twice over the 5 years. It has the best breakfasts and all that a business person needs as a "home-based" office - wifi and printing services a generator when the power is out and excellent staff knowledge on where to get what you need. A wide range of guests including tourists for short stays and many profession people for longer were good company and all seemed impressed with Lucky Hotels. This is a family hotel and everyone including guests are treated as family. I would not stay anywhere else in Hanoi!!
