Loved the rooftop restaurant where we had breakfast and also sat to relax in the evening. Lucky 3 (and Lucky 1 & 2) are in the midst of the old streets of Ha Noi with surprises around every corner!

In August 2011 we had another great stay at the Lucky Hotel, our home in Hanoi. As returning customers we are greeted warmly and made exceptionally welcome, and our room is always made available. The hotel has a great atmosphere, old world charm and exceptional cleanliness and all you would wish to match the tariff charged. Friendly smiling faces greet you everywhere and nothing is too much trouble. The very best Pho in Hanoi is served at breakfast - another special treat. Cannot wait for our next visit.

We booked by internet from Denmark. Very nice hotel, and the position of the hotel is perfekt. Right in the middle of town. The staff were aleays helpfull, and made arrangements by taxa and so, whenever we asked. The rooms are very clean and what you need for a nice stay is there. I was the first guest in Lucky 2 once it opened. It was my home away from home for the last 5 years. During that time as I was working in Hanoi I spent more than 6 months per year there. I looked at other hotels but could not find anything with as good value for money. I enjoyed extra special service from the friendly and helpful staff and manager. My room was always spotless with a very clean bathroom. The room was refurbished twice over the 5 years. It has the best breakfasts and all that a business person needs as a "home-based" office - wifi and printing services a generator when the power is out and excellent staff knowledge on where to get what you need. A wide range of guests including tourists for short stays and many profession people for longer were good company and all seemed impressed with Lucky Hotels. This is a family hotel and everyone including guests are treated as family. I would not stay anywhere else in Hanoi!!

I have stayed at Lucky 2 Hotel many times since 2007. I travel to and through Hanoi for business frequently. The Lucky hotels are clean and efficiently managed. The prices are reasonable . The staff are friendly, helpful , speak good English and are highly professional. The security is excellent. The rooms are good with BBC and Australian TV. WiFi internet is provided free of charge. The hotel is well located near Hoan Kiem Lake. The supplied breakfast is excellent and included in the tariff. I would strongly recommend the Lucky Hotels to other business and tourist travellers. I had a business with my partner in Vietnam on June,2011. After the work, I traveled around Hanoi. I saw many hotel including Lucky 3 hotel. Finally we dicided to stay at Lucky 3 because its close to Hoan Kiem lake and its very new. I check-in room 801. It wasn't really expensive! When I saw the room and I loved it. It was very beatiful and had a, big bed, clan bathroom, lovely balcony... Next day, I went to the top floor and had some breakfast. Theme had yummy tradition food and and good drinks. They had a mini-bar, a back yardand and alot of things. The staffs was very friendly. I stayed there 6 nights and got a free car from the hotel to the airport. I hope I can return to Lucky 3 hotel again but this time is not for work, it's for relax. Thank you very much

I have a holiday with my family in Vietnam on May, 2011. We found many hotels in Hanoi and we decide to stay Lucky 3 Hotel at 81 Hang Bong. It’s a new hotel, very closed Hoan Kiem Lake. We booked a family room in the 6 floor, it has 1 double bed and 2 single bed. Great! It suitable for my family. Our room are fully-equipped: Air-conditioning, mini-bar, safe, massage bathtub, wifi, satellite LCD television… especial a large balcony with a great view of Hanoi's Old Quarter. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. We enjoy breakfast in the top floor. We stayed there 4 nights and get a free car see off to the airport. We are very happy with our stay at Lucky 3 Hotel.

I stayed for 12 days in Lucky 3 while I was on a volunteer medical mission at the hospital. My room was beautiful with delicious fresh fruit everyday, a good air conditioner in the room and very friendly staff to greet me everyday. The daily breakfast was great and good and varied choices. I would definitely stay at Lucky Hotel again and hope to return again next year. Thanks for everything!

We stayed at the Lucky 2 in June of 2010 after picking up our son for adoption. The staff was very friendly. Fresh fruit was brought to our room daily. The hotel was safe. Culturally, the make every attempt to communicate in English and provide American food in the restaurant. The price was reasonable and the people were very kind.

Hi everybody . It's me Vanessa . This is my first trip to Ha Noi and I'm glad that I choose Lucky Hotel . I stayed at Lucky 3 Hotel on Hang Bong street . It was built so it is very new and beautiful . Especially , I love their bar on the 9th floor . It has great view at night . Their staffs are fantastic . The room are clean , quite . I'm looking forward to come back to Lucky 3 hotel again

I stayed at the Lucky Hotel in March 2009. I found that the rooms were exceptionally clean, the staff were efficient and polite, and the guests seemed to be discrete and quiet. Laundry service was free of charge. The hotel manager was friendly, helpful, and fair. I did not experience the noise described in other reviews, but I am not surprised that there has been construction in the area as in the rest of Hanoi. However, traffic noise was almost non-existent. It has been widely reported that the Vietnamese economy has been undergoing a period of inflation recently. All prices are increasing whether they are charged in dong or dollars. Notwithstanding these changes, I look forward to my next stay at the Lucky Hotel.

I am currently staying in Lucky hotel and i should say that their services are quite impressive.

cable tv, tap water, internet, laundry, electricity, tissue is free. everyday my laundry is placed in my room. maids kept my bathroom, pantry and room clean.

so far everything is fine... no price increase or noise.

my only complain is i am quite far from the city center that is why i might move in the next few months. but so far i am very much satisfied with the hotel's services.

We stayed st the Lucky Hotel in August 2009. What made this hotel really special was how courteous, informed and gracious the staff is.All their recommendations were great. The early morning view of Hang Tron street from the balcony is a wonderful memory of my visit.The rooms are lovely too.Carol
